Set in the middle of the Cauchoise countryside, L'Oiseau Blanc invites you to discover the spectacular Côte d'Albâtre. This 130-kilometre stretch of coastline, part of which is classified Natura 2000, is made up of chalk cliffs and valleys that cut into the shoreline between Le Havre and Le Tréport . Its name, given in the XIXᵉ century by English sailors, evokes the milky foam that forms when the sea hits the chalk. The cliffs here range in height from 30 to 120 metres, and are among the most famous in the world. d'Étretat and Fécamp; several ports, including Fécamp and Saint-Valery-en-Caux, Our family campsite covers three hectares. Activities: explore the cliffs and harbours of the Côte d'Albâtre
Between the sea and the countryside, there's no shortage of activities to punctuate your stay on the Côte d'Albâtre. From the campsite, set off on foot or by bike to admire the high chalk cliffs and valleys that provide access to the pebble beaches. The GR 21 long-distance footpath runs along the coast and takes you from port to port, from Fécamp to the Atlantic coast. Saint-Valery-en-Caux and as far as Dieppe. On site, your children can enjoy the playground and areas for playing ball or pétanque.
Just a few kilometres away, the sheltered ports of Fécamp, Étretat and Saint-Valery-en-Caux offer museum visits, water-based activities (sailing, kayaking, paddling) and cruises to admire the cliffs from the sea.
