Article 1 - Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale
All customers acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions before booking a holiday, for themselves and any other person taking part in the holiday.
These general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of holidays made on the www.campingloiseaublanc.com website or by telephone, post or e-mail. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers and must therefore be accepted either by ticking the box provided for this purpose before the online ordering procedure on the www.campingloiseaublanc.com website is implemented, or, in the case of offline bookings, by any other appropriate means.
In accordance with the law in force, these general terms and conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of holidays. They may also be obtained on written request sent to the establishment's head office.
Article 2 - Booking conditions for the campsite
2.1 Prices and payment
Rentals are personal and may not be sublet or transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
No additional camper, either on arrival or during the stay, even as a day visitor, will be admitted without the prior agreement of the campsite managers. In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the customer, this contract will be terminated automatically and the sums paid will be retained by the campsite.
Reservations are firm on receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the stay. The remainder must be paid on arrival.
2.2 Cancellation
Cancellation of your stay and reimbursement of your deposit is possible up to 30 days before your arrival date. A handling fee will be charged for cancellations in the event of a refund (fee: €3).
2.3 Tourist tax
The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the commune/commune, is not included in the price of stays. It amounts to €0.20 per person per day.
Article 3 - Course of the holiday
3.1 Arrivals and departures
For pitches: (motorhome, caravan, tent)
Low season from 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. and departures before 12.00 p.m.
High season from 2pm to 7pm and departures before 12pm
Pitches not vacated by 12 noon will be automatically billed for an extra night.
All campers are required to comply with the house rules displayed at reception.
For rentals :
Low season from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm and departures from 9 am to 10.30 am *.
High season from 4pm to 7pm and departures from 9am to 10am*.
All late arrivals must be notified before 6pm so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival on site.
* Departures before 9am are authorised subject to the deposit and the manager's agreement.
The accommodation is fully equipped (an inventory is available in each rental unit). Sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels are not provided (hire from the campsite on reservation).
3.2 Security deposit
A deposit of €350 per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival in the form of a bank transfer. It will be cancelled within 24 hours of your departure after an inventory of fixtures, which will not be carried out in your presence. The cost of any damage will be added to the price of the stay, as will cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise, you will be charged a cleaning fee. You authorise the campsite to deduct the cost of cleaning from your bank imprint.
If you are unable to make a bank imprint, you will be asked to provide a cheque for €350. We will inform you by e-mail of the destruction of your cheque in the week following your departure. If you wish to receive your cheque by post, you will be charged €3.
This guarantee does not constitute a limit of liability.
3.3 Departure
If the key is returned or the pitch is vacated after 10.30 am in low season and 10.00 am in high season, an additional night will be charged. Any extension of the stay must be notified at least 24 hours before the planned departure date.
3.4 Animals
Pets are allowed, under the responsibility of their owners, up to a maximum of 2 per pitch and per rental, with an up-to-date vaccination certificate.
Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.
Each animal is subject to a supplement of €5 per day. This price only includes authorisation for the animal to stay in the mobile home.
Pets are not allowed to sleep in the bedding.
They must be kept on a lead at all times and must not be free to move to any pitch other than your own.
Droppings must be collected.
3.5 Internal regulations
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal rules, which have been filed with the prefecture, posted in our reception area and
Failure to comply with the campsite's internal rules may result in eviction, depending on the seriousness of the offence and on the decision of the management.
Article 4 - Liability
The campsite accepts no responsibility for damage to camper-caravanners' equipment caused by the camper-caravanners themselves. Civil liability insurance for your equipment is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they shall endeavour to find an amicable solution.
If no amicable agreement can be reached, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code «the mediation process for consumer disputes», the customer has the right to have recourse, free of charge, to the mediation service offered by L'oiseau blanc campsite.
